Following our April Membership meeting we decided to take advantage of the mid to high 70s temperatures and sunshine and go for a group ride. Our first stop was lunch in Ligonier PA and then a ride through the Laurel Mountains to the Flight 93 Memorial. After walking to the Memorial Wall we then headed to Somerset PA for the final stop on the ride.
From there we split into groups each heading a different way home. Some going west on Route 31, others on the PA Turnpike back towards Pittsburgh and others to back to Route 30 for an adult beverage at a popular biker hangout. A special thanks to our ride captain Rich Hoolahan for an excellent ride today!
